Kalavrita, Ski resort, Stiga- Avgo

  The take off from the location named Stiga, near the ski resort of the town of Kalavrita is at an altitude of 2300 meters, co-ordinates UTM 34S N x: 605592 y: 4205329 and you can fly with West winds towards the valley of Louson.
 

  You go as far as the Ski resort and from then on, if it is wintertime and the lifts are in operation, you use them to reach the take off area. In the summer though, you use the dirt road, which begins from the right hand side of the ski resorts parking lot to get to the top.
 

  This flight has high demands and skills and for that reason this place was chosen for the World Cup of 2003.
