Skiadhas

  The take off from Skiada is at an altitude of 1100 meters, co-ordinates UTM 34S N x: 561359 y: 4192075 and you can fly with West and Northwest winds.

  The village of Skiada is 46 kilometers from Patra. A difficult dirt road (not recommended for cars) begins from the squares village and after about half an hour you end up at the take off area.

  The take off area is quite a big field with medium inclination.
The pilot has a view of the plain that reaches Santomeri and all of Western Pelloponese.

The flights are worthwhile and one can choose a cross-country flight. The pilot can take routes to Santomeri or to Erimatho-Kalavrita.
