Kalavrita, Agia Lavra

  The take off area form Agia Lavra is situated near the monuments parking lot at an altitude of 913 meters, co-ordinates 34S N x: 594340- y: 4208227 and you can fly with west winds almost every day of the year.

  It is about a ten-minute drive form the town of Kalavrita. The take off area is quite big, but there is no inclination.

  The flight offers a beautiful view of the rare valley of Voraiko, the small towns and the historical monuments of the area.

  The pilot can choose to fly towards the Mt of Helmo or towards the city of Tripoli.
